I called in to close my PAID-UP account more than 2 MONTHS ago. They told me that i should wait for a month and the account will then close-off itself... Now today i wake up to a statement that they have added take-on balance and other nonsense that i do not understand. May you please help me resolve this and force them to close this account as i see they are trying to force out donations from us to recover from their bankruptcy. They must take out that nonsense amounts on my account, How can one charge interest on a paid-up account???? *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
