Saw a pair of John Drake shoes at the Edgars Shoe stores at Chatsworth centre on 8th Aug on the window marked at 599.95 with a big board next to it stating spend R400 or more and get 20% off. Dad asked the lady with the faulty teeth for his size but it was marked at R699.95. The manager said no worries, she will give it at R599.95 because we saw this price at the window. When he went to pay for it, the faulty teeth lady said she cant allow the 20% off as she is already discounting the shoe to R599.95 which is the price we saw on the window. How is she giving us the shoe at R599.95 when we already saw this price on the window!! With logic, it should be R599.95 minus 20% as we qualified for this as per YOUR store signs!! <br> The manager supported her saying its human error that the shoe was marked at R599.95 and she cant discount it any more. She also told that lady to remove the signs. <br> We cant keep on going to the store to rectify your errors not to mention that those 2 ladies at the store have the worst attitude to customers I have ever seen, I honestly felt like slapping those women. They are blatantly rude if they are trying to make a lie across...they need customer training
