Ripping me off!
I wonder if this will actually help me get a response!
Thank you for charging me for add ons on my account without my permission! I am sick and tired of being cut off or placed on hold forever without anyone getting back to me.
So I was apparently going to get a call today and have my money refunded? Lies, lies oh wait, and more lies!
Pathetic overall experience and definitely can't wait to get rid of your over priced account!
