Rip-off

Ticket 356629. I purchased a pair of Signature shoes and shirts. The shoes lasted for three months and torn by the sides. Upon further inspection the heels cracked. I'm waiting for 14 days with no resolution. Not only did did the quality drop but service standards as well.
