Ridiculous procedures
We app**** for a account and because they say they could not get hold of me my account is declined and i can only try again in 3 months
This is terrible customer service and how will they gain customers with this attitude really
What can be done about thais please

03 Oct 2019, 05:31I have phoned new accounts and been into the stop and they are not much help
They just tell u declined due to not being able to reach me so they though i didnt want the account anymore
I work shifts so sometimes i wont have my phone on me because im on site or sleeping because i worked night shift
And that is a pretty stupid excuse to say they think i didnt want the acc because they couldnt get hold of me
They can also contact my wife on ***
Please could we get this resolved today as i have been waiting weeks now
