Ridiculous Edgars
Hi My Wife recently visited Edgars at Illanga Mall Nelspruit, and was very unhappy with the service (or lack of) provided by the staff. Edgars this morning invited my wife to complete a survey to describe her experience at the store. The return address for the survey could not be found.HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT. It seems that Edgars are not really interested in what their customers have to say.
