Ridiculous charges

I have been paying my Edgars account every month with no problems and in August that's when my problem started they have put my account in arreas and my installment is not going down to make matters worse every SMS,call they make or send to you... You will be charged for it. They are asking for reduliculous amount and when you ask for clarity you don't get it.
