Revolting Attitude

This review is specific to the Edgars staff at GREENSTONE Mall. After doing a bit of shopping, I get to a LONG queue to pay, only to wait an hour before before helped. Firstly, they have 2 Pay Centres, each of which has 5 stations, thats 10 pay stations at the store. Yesterday, there were only 2 cashiers working, which means only 2 pay stations. These 2 ladies worked so slow, they might as well have stood there and done nothing. After a lady in the queue complains and asks for the Manager, who strolls in about 15minutes later. As the Manager, he was rude abrupt and totally unconcerned about the long queue and all us customers complaining. One of the lady in the queue approaches the Manager, he shouts at her and walks away. The cashiers then all start laughing, feeling proud of the fact that they Manager, just like them, do give a **** about the long queue of customers. The Manager then starts pulling the hangers of the items of clothing that the customers had in their hands. Literally pulling the hangers off, as we held the clothes in our hands. Every single one of the ladies working there, we equally rude and had no regard for customer service. Pathetic staff at this branc
