Returns/exchange policy not customer friendly.
So today as I walk my way to the office from the parking lot, my velvet black KELSO heel broke, and since I work in a mall I rushed to the office and checked then went to Edgars to try and seek assistance with the situation of their very own brand. A colleague borrowed me her shoes so I don't have to walk barefoot to Edgars. I get there and obviously I dont have the slip as I did not know I would have to bring them back, never had an issue with any of my KELSO shoes I have 13 pairs of KELSO shoes none ever broke. So second issue was now the date I was told to try and remember the day which I bought them, is it humanly possible to remember the days of everything you ever bought because 1 day you might have accident? So yes as I type this email I am barefoot in the office, unable to approach clients as I'm barefoot, my movements are limited because Edgars could not assist me with their very own brand that was not manufactured well, I have to suffer the consequences my feet are ice cold right now. why is it my fault that the shoes don't have an SKU or anything to be able to track the transaction? how am I suppose to get home barefoot? the dam shoes were bought last month only.
