Returns!
Hi, i went to one of your stores 2 weeks ago. It was my sons 1st birthday and he got a jacket as a gift. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and the lady said i have to get the person who bought it to exchange it for me. What nonsense is this? i was so annoyed really, so i call my friend and she said she paid cash and lost the slip. I just want to change it for a bigger size thats all. so i emailed the head office and up until today no one has responded to me! this is so annoying really.
