Received a sissy boy handbag a a gift, called eastgate Edgars handbag dept to ask if I could change the bad for something else. I did not like the bag as it did not have a zip to close, spoke to Deborah and I told her that I do not have a slip. She said I could come in and exchange it for something else. the bag had the tags but the bar code of the tag was cut out I went to eastgate only to find out that they are unable to help me after waiting such a long time. there was a lady by the name of Inhlanla that was also extremely rude speaking to the other ladies and telling them that should not change the bag because I could have gotten the bag from anywhere else. Once they found the barcode then they tell me that there is a part missing from inside there bag. I had seen this bag in fourways and I don’t remember seeing an inside compartment. I am extremely disappointed with the service and rudeness of the Edgars staff and most irritated that I had to drive out if my way only to be disappointed and turned away. Edgars has lost yet another customer.
