Bought a pair of boots for my wife this Valentine's Day at the Canal Walk branch, contacted them to find out if I could return it to the Cavendish branch 2 days after my purchase and I was told I could do that. The box says size 6, both boots inside the box are for the left foot, one a size 6 and the other a 7. According to store policies, it can be returned to any Edgar's store. When I got to Edgar's in Claremont, Sadia, the manager told me that I could not return the item and that I had to go all the way back to Canal Walk to do so. Never have I ever experienced such **** anywhere and never have I been so inconvenienced.
