I have been having problemms with edgars.
I have been tryingto return a dress but do not have a slip and was told at one store that i must kke trying different stores since they differ. I called the call centre and was told the same thing. I dont understand whattheir policy is and wouldlike to retuen the dress.

Please be advised you will have to visit your most convenient Edgars store and request to speak to the store manager for further assistance.
NB: Our Edcon refund and exchange policy is listed at the back of the till slip.
In addition garments can only be refunded and exchange within 30 days of purchase.
