Hello Peter.

I would like to lay a complaint about Lakeside Mall Edgars.

On the 09th of June I bought high heel quator leg boots, I only wore them once and realized that they were very uncomfortable not only that but they also not supported as they would be loose on my leg and I had to pull them up the entire time.

Yesterday (28-07-2017) I took them back and was honest with them about me wearing them once and apologized about the late return, explaned that I have been at work.

the service that I received was horrible. The store manager (Phumlani Tsotetsi) said he won't take the shoes back and even if he does he won't pay me back my money.

I explained to him how I'm unhappy with the shoes he then said it's the factory fault and there's nothing he can do about it.

One teller told me that the shoes are not for fat girls so maybe that's why I'm having a problem with them.

Please help me Hello Peter. I cannot spend R600 on shoes that I'll never wear.
