Requests to close my account being ignored

Trying very hard to close my account but Edgars doesn't want to help and I can understand why. Very ********* practices at this organisation, forcing clients to stay on and pay the stupid monthly charges, but that's not gonna work. Apart from closing this account, I'm never gonna buy from this place ever again.
