Request for a paid up letter and removal of adverse information on Credit Bureaus
Good day
I have paid up my account and closed it. I got a promise that I will receive it, but to no avail. Kindly send it to my gmail account ********** so as to get my certificate from my debt counsellor.
Please also remove the adverse/negative information on Credit Bureaus as this account is paid up.

23 Mar 2019, 05:33Thank you for updating my credit information and removing adverse information on Credit Bureaus, but I still have not received a paid up letter so that my debt counsellor can issue my certificate. I have received all paid up letters from other creditors within 3 working days, only Edgars is giving me a run around. I even received a response from your Debt Review department that my request for a paid up letter is on their record, but why am I not getting it within 48 hours as promised. Thank you for updating my credit information and removing adverse information on Credit Bureaus, but I still have not received a paid up letter so that my debt counsellor can issue my certificate. I have received all paid up letters from other creditors within 3 working days, only Edgars is giving me a run around.
