Repair phone not back after 1year

In October 2018,I took my phone for repair at Edgar's shop Polokwane, Market Street . I was told my phone will be ready within a week. On 1st November 2018 I was told that unit was in repair center been evaluated... But till now I am told stories from not matching IMEI to invalid policy... No solution until today without a phone... They promised to get back to me with the alleged notice of cancelation but still nothing and they have my phone with them.. This is serious bad service. You have my phone for more than a year with you and always promise to call me back which you never did. This is my third review this year without response. I've waisted a lot of money calling you but you don't even know what to say.
