REMOVE your active status from my credit profile.

I settled and asked for closure on my Edgars Clothing Account some months ago - in July 2020 in fact - FOUR MONTHS ago, and I see it is still reflecting on my credit profile as open and active. I am honestly so irritated right now, Edgars, I am no longer a client, and would appreciate it reflecting as such on my profile.
