refusing to refund

<p>I overpaod my account and I called the customer services several times and the consultants cut my line. I wrote numerous email includin the one sent to their manager at the debtreview dept at edconbut he also did not respond. The service is very poor and they dnt give a damn about their customer. Treating customer fairly doesn't say anything to them. Edcon is doing as they see pleases. this after I went all docs required by them without them responding. It is shocking to be ignored when the store is owing me money not the other way around.&nbsp;</p>
