refusing refund
I got 2 welcome home gifts as I recently returned from Brazil and both items purchased at edgars did not fit.<br> I tried exchanging it for either another item or even a voucher as I am extremely busy and do not have the time to really search for something else.<br> Both items are in its original form,never been worn and still has the tags on them but the manager of century city edgars refused my exchange and she was not very tolerant.<br> <br> Myself as well as my family has been extremely loyal to edgars but as of late,the services given is really bad and its as if you are a ******** in the store.<br> <br> Very disappointed to see the outcome of Edgars.
