Refuses to help

I closed my account with Edgars in 2012. Got a call from VVM to say that my Edgars account has been handed over to them. Put through a complaint on here and got a response from Mohamed. I mailed him the first letter I got and asked him to retract my account from VVM. He then said that it was handed over to Nimble and said that I must sort it out with Nimble. I told him that I am not doing that and that he must sort this out. He came back to me to say that Nimble will close my account, but I then get a mail from VVM to say that they have closed my account. So Edgars doesnt even know who they handed my account over to. I then said to him that I want another letter from Edgars to confirm my account has been closed again. This was over a week ago. He has now stopped replying to my mails and I am still waiting for the letter. I have never delt with anybody more pathetic and clueless then Mohamed and Edgars. This is now beyond a joke. If I do not get this resolved ASAP I will be opening a harassment case against Edgars.<br> Edgars sort this out NOW
