Refused to exchange size

Hi <br> My name is Wandile. Bought sneakers on Thursday, Saturday I decided to wear them so only to find out it's a small size I normally wear size seven but those Addidas sneaker were smaller and hurting me.<br> Sunday went to change them but sadly the manager refused tald me I can't since I have warn them.<br> For God sake I didn't realy understand the dude.<br> I also work with people and I'm the manager too. <br> Yet Edgars made it clear at back of their invoice slip when we can exchange and what can not be exchange, this is ridiculous only maybe it cause I was black I'm not sure.<br> I'll set you an example my Customer will call me and tell me he bought a take away buger with chips but when he got home there was No buger guess what I won't ask y or say yadayada I'll assist the customer though I know the meal was there but ill replace it.<br> Edgars disappointed me shame.
