On Friday round about 14h30 I went to Edgars for a baby shower gift exchange but was denied because goods were not in their \original "condition. I was puzzled but I was told that once it doesn't have a price tag then it was not \""original\"" anymore. I tried to explain that it was a baby shower gift which unfortunately didn't fit my baby and the tags have been taken out before I got the gift but I had managed to get a receipt but was turned away. I called customer care and got through after several attempts and the guy I spoke to told me that exchange with no price tags could be done at managers discretion but he couldn't help me so he as going to transfer me to the department that would help. I stayed on the phone for what seemed like forever up until I hung up. I would like to understand from Edgars if a price tag makes clothes more original and what am I supposed to do with the items that I have which I have no use of since they don't fit my little one?The manager also told me that they can't create price tags and have to be originals but was surprised because I had seen at Edgars price tags that were had written. Is it because he couldn't or he didn't want to do it for me?"""
