Refuse to send me a paid up letter

Good day

Kindly assist, I had an account with Edgars and was handed to Anthony, Richards & Associates.

28/04/2020 received a discount e-mail of 30% amount to be paid 1593.39. 28/04/2020 I paid the amount of 1593.39 and send them a proof of payment.

Ever since i have been sending them emails requesting a paid up letter their phone no one is picking up and no one is returning my calls and e-mails kindly assist. I have also send Edgards an e-mail because they gave this company my details they appointed this service provider therefore they should be accountable for the company bad service
