Refuse to refund damaged goods
I bought 2 pair of boots at Edgars Centurion Mall, only had them for 4 days. I weared each pair once. And both pairs are damaged. Edgars Vaal Mall refuse to refund me, they say I must drove all the way back to Centurion. It's over 100 km's from my place. I just refuse.
