Refuse to provide account statement

I mailed ********** to request a statement as the last statement I received was in April 2016. 2 days later Hlengiwe rep**** saying that they cannot give a statement as my account is overdue or in arrears. I then rep**** to her mail stating that this is the first time I hear of this excuse & that I have ALWAYS received my statements whether there was arrears on my account or not. 2 days later again another person, Nonhlanhla rep**** giving me the exact same excuse! This is unacceptable!

All the contact details that you have just given me is blanked out. Kindly email me the contact details. I have also provided my contact details on facebook and no one has contacted me yet.

I have also CC'd the attorneys (I think thety are the attorneys) in the last email I rep**** on from Nonhlanhla.
