Refuse to cancel my subscription and refund me

Very unhappy with Edgars Club I've been canceling this subscription for months now and they keep on Taking R199 from my bank account. When i saw it went off again on the 1st of April 2026 I phoned And cancelled again and asked for a refund. They refused to Refund me. Just refund the R199 that went off on the 1st because Guys i have been phoning and complaining since January.
