Refuse increase limit ( with no valid reason )

Try to increase my limit ... never skipped a payment in years , there emails are coming back with “ due covid “ we don’t increase .... then you go to the store .... computer is off line .... horrible service !!!!!! They need people to survive , instead they are pushing people away ... sent them multiple emails not even a response.... not a happy customer here
