Refusal to refund money

Honestly Edgars is a bunch of snakes. We accidentally paid the wrong amount of money into Edgars via EFT, now they don't want to give our money back they will keep it. I mean seriously what the hell is wrong with you people. It's not your money but you just keeping it. We want our money back, you have no right to keep it after we have explained to you that it was a error from our side and we want it back.
