Refusal to assist in closing my account
I had an account with Edgars and for the past month I have been trying to close it but to no success. I have called the customer care line to try and close my account, they informed me that the latest charges (R115 account charges that I haven't even agreed to) would be reversed and that they would contact me to finalize the closing of the account, for 3+ weeks no one has contacted me, and they simply do not respond to my emails. I avoid going into a store because of the high risk of covid 19. Now I'm stuck paying R115 every month for something I do not, and will no longer use... I am very disappointed in their services as it is costing me money.

This is just another example of your horrible service, you're quick to be friendly and full of promises when it comes to signing up clients, but to uphold the service seems impossible to you. Now I have Edgars agents constantly calling me because my account is outstanding when I have been trying to close the account since the beginning of June... This is ridiculous!
