Refund request

Edgar's Finrite they still refusing refund me the extra access I've paid. Their agents are worst things that could happen in the customer service. They speak to clients like ur nothing. Lindiwe took my details more than once I called 5 times and all this agents keep asking me my bank details but my money Dololo. Their supervisor they forever in meetings n never bothers to respond to the massages, I wonder if they get it cause really Edgar's Finrite it's like hell.
