Refund Request
I’ve sent a request for a refund and nobody Has gotten back to me. I cannot phone because the system requires ID or card number but can’t validate mine as my account is closed!

The unfortunate thing is you are not even reading what I’m requesting. It is for a refund. I also not received confirmation of closure of account.
What is disappointing is that you don’t respond back emails but only on social media. I need a refund for this payment on an account that shouldn’t have been paid
