On 22/10/2016 I purchased 2 x Huawei T1 tablets at R1999 each from Edgars at Canal Walk. I purchased these tablets specifically so that my kids can play Pokemon Go. In the store they wouldn't allow me to test that this game would work on the tablets, so I could only test it after I made the purchase. When I got home I found that Pokemon Go doesn't work at all on these tables. No matter what I tried, the game simple would not load. I immediately took the tablets back to Edgards in the original packaging, asking for a refund, only to find that Edgards have a "no refund" policy on tablets. Now I'm stuck with 2 x R1999 tablets that I can't use for the purpose I bought them for. Is it not against the Consumer Protection Act to refuse to refund me?

Best regards,
Firstly, the devices I purchased are tablets, not cellphones and there is no network provider involved, it was a simple cash sale.
You should explain your refund policy much clearer to customers, the sales person just told me that I can return it if I have any problem with it, which is obviously not the case!
