Refund or new printer

I took my new canon printer for repair to Game Bloed mall in Pretoria on the 9th of Feb 2021 and I was told that I will get it back within 21 days, days passed without any communication I went to the same store on the 18 of March to require about it I was told that the printer is still with the supply they will call and let me know when I can come and collect. Till today I didn't get communication from Game or supply. Please help me.
