Refund on product

I bought a pair of Rayban Subglasses at the Rayban store in Edgars in Cavendish on March 11th, i took the sunglasses back that same day as i could not justify spending R3700 on glasses & bought a pair for R1700. I am still waiting to be refunded the R3700 onto my Edgars card (i bought them on my edgars acc to build onto my credit history & then paid my edgars acc off a week later) So here we are, just shy of 2 months later and i still have been refunded but they are very quick to charge me every month for an item I DO NOT HAVE. I have been told one thing by edgars and another from sunglass hut. No one returns my calls or seems to be dealing with the issue. I am disgusted with both edgars and sunglass huts customer service. Very quick to charge you and take your money but out of sight to help remedy my problem. You guys should catch a wake up!!!!
