Refund on collected return

Edgars online return not yet received my refund. I placed an order online on the 28 November 2025 order number 300....7845. I ordered 2x size 7 black & red (Forever21 ) shoes Iwas sent size 5/EU7 I called online they advised me to return the shoes at any Edgars, I went to Clearwater mall I spent about 30mins trying to return the shoes it said item soldout they could not process. I called online to arrange collection return was collected on the 10 Decmber 2025 by Courier Guy and arrived at Parcelninja warehouse JHB 11 December 2025. After I haven't heard any feedback I will be the one doing followup and they will say I has been escalated to Ops team and return still not processed till to date.
