Refund my money back

On 2017-04-01 i went to edgars and purchased 2 tablets that cost about R2599.80,when i got home i switched them on and was not happy with the products,i went back to edgars and the sales ladies were laughing at me and saying it's not their problem and there's nothing they can do about it,i told them i want my money they refused and i left the tablets with them went home empty handed and they laughed at me.so i want my money back or a better product and its been a year already
