Refund me please

Hi bought 2 Levi’s jeans from Edgar’s on seperate days online since they had a special. Unfortunately both didn’t fit me, called in for collection and they did. My problem is only one is refunded they telling me they can’t find the 2nd while the courier guy collected both and I have proof that he collected. Edgar’s I want my refund of R800 please!!!! Because now you giving me go around and not comment with me! I want my refund!!!
