Refund from Edgars stores

Im now entering the 3rd month and im failing to get my refund for the overpayment of the JET ACCOUNT which i had with them.I have been in circles with this Company and they dont seem to be willing to help.The last person i spoke to requested for my I.D which i did email to ***.i have sent numerous emails to the same email to finfd out about the progresson my refund but ,i only get an automated reply and there is no feedbck after 48 hrs. their service or accounts dept responsible is terrible poor.
