Refund from Edgar's

I had an account with Edgar's,paid it up but unfortunately,there one payment didn't reflect because l used incorrect beneficiary,l informed them,they said l should email the following I'd copy Proof of payment Bank statement. I submitted everything but every time l make follow-up,lm promised to be phoned,within an hour,but nothing happened
