Refund done incorrectly
I bought shoes at Rosebank mall they gave me different sizes for 1 pair. I took the shoes back today the26-01-2019. They’ve said they’ll refund me to the card I used to purchase the shoes. To my surprise when I check my transactions on my online banking, the same amount is debited off my account instead of it being credited. They must credit the money I cannot go back to the store, I don’t have money for Petrol
