refund dilemma

<p>this is a follow up of the review about my refund from Edgars. edgars delivered even though it was not a full order. only 5 of the 9 ordered items were delivered. I cancelled the order when I heard that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock, but they still delivered. now they are struggling to refund me. I called the customer care line on the 16th and was informed that the goods were yet to be received back from their courier! 4 weeks on !!!!</p>
