refund denied

i would like to utter my disappointment to the Sandton Edgar's..i bought a shirt ehich is still tagged and unworn for my mom as a gift and misplaced receipt.. i have the transaction date and time hoping they retrace the receipt...but they didnt even attempt to..which i find unprofessional
