refund and itc clearance
Had an account with edgars that I owed for 9months as I was unemployed apon getting a job I settled the amount and extra by R270 and the account was closed now 3 months later im still on itc and no one has refunded me after making endless enquiries , when will I have my name cleared <br> <br> Thank you

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Kindly note the payment is reflecting on the account and the request for an ITC update will be send to the accounts department. However, the accounts department will not clear your name at ITC as that can only be done after 2 years. Your credit profile will be updated as paid and closed.
With regards to the credit balance; kindly note the accounts department require 3 months bank statement, copy of ID and a letter requesting a credit balance. You may email them at *** or visit the store. We apologise for the overall experience.
