REFUND

From May we have been communicating with edcon personnel’s for over 3 months that they must refund my wife the outstanding balance that they owe to her.The total services from the group is wack because each an every time we send them mails we continue to receive auto responses from edcon stating that they will respond within 48 hours and the next when after a month,everyone they haven’t received our mails...All this doesn’t add up from such a cooperate company.

There is not we want from we just our refund and close the account that’s it.

I regret having account with them such poor service rendering Group.
