How did my account balance move from R1600 to R3400 after I’ve bought 2 Jeans for R899.99 and did exchange/refund of o1 Jean of R599 and took R699 Jean instead. According to my understanding my Balance it’s supposed to be R2600 not R3400. I’ve sent an email with attachments and still no response.
