Refund

I paid up my account that was under debt review last year, but because the settlement letter to my debt review company was later than the payment distribution date, there was a payment made in excess. I lodged a refund request on the 4th of January. I supp**** the necessary documentation and then was told to supply an additional confirmation from my debt review company. I copied them in a mail and they responded with confirmation to refund. I tried to follow up with no luck. There were no acknowledgements or replies from the Edcon side of the world up until Tuesday the 11th February when I am told to contact another department because my account is under debt review, which has been known since lodging a request for my refund. Can someone please assist me with getting my money back? This is extremely frustrating.
