Refund
Good morning
On the 22nd of Dec I purchased 2 cellphones from Edgars store The Glen mall as Chrirmas gifts.. Inly to find that my dad also purchased cellphones for mom and brother which had a higher spec than what I had bought them.. I then went back with the Phones to the store explaining my delema and asked for a refund.
I was then told I'm unable to return them regardless of them not used and still new as the box seal was broken but they at the store break the deal when purchasing the phone not me?? The phones are still brand New, untouched and boxes but u dint have a use for them hence I went as soon as chtusad was over at to keep up with the 7 Day policy..
I dint have anyone to resell these devices too and feel it's unfair that I must suffer for a broken deal that was not broken by me at home but at the Edgars store.. so do they do this intentionally do that mo device will be returned?? Everything has a return policy especially when it's still new and unused. I'm really dissapiintdd with Edgars..
I would like a refund ASAP.. Thank you.

Faulty cell phones will be exchanged or repaired subject to the relevant network provider’s terms and conditions (Please read the Customer Pick-up Document for the terms and conditions that apply to cell phones).
In addition the cellphones might have already been registered under name and will be regarded as second hand cellphones.
