Refund

The New rules that they have now at edcon sucks i bought clothes using my cheque card and when i asked for my refund they told me that they will give me a gift card and i did even use their account i used my money and if i want to support other stores what must i do am being forced to buy at edcon stores even when the is nothing that i like, om monday the 29/06/15 i bought clothes and they were small they said they will give me a gift card then on the 30/06/15 i exchanged the i took Aldo shoe to find out its a small size now am given a gift card dont know what to do with it because the is nothing nice i can buy can i just get my money and go to other stores. the same day on the 30th they gave me a refund at jet so i dont no what is their problem i just need my money or they must give me a gift card that i can use to but at any store not them only and when you buy they dont let you know that you money will be refunded with a gift card.
