Refund

I had made a purchase using pay just now at Edgar’s and the system was offline, from Edgar’s side it showed that the funds were not deducted however pay just now has been deducting for a transaction I never received goods for. I have been at Edgar’s Maponya to have this sorted out and tried to be in touch with pay just now and no one is willing to assist. I just need this to be sorted out
